Intervention & Integration Programs
Court Accompaniment, Referral and Education (C.A.R.E.) Program
The C.A.R.E. Program is a gender-specific navigation program for women aged 18 and over in Kingston and the surrounding area charged with either provincial or federal offences and Family Law matters. Staff and volunteers offer individualized, wrap-around, one-on-one support to women navigating the court system. We assist by making referrals, advocating on their behalf, and providing access to legal oversight and information sessions through criminal and family lawyers in our Women Empowered Hub.
